Ginkgo Petal Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, with free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping (Free): 7-15 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier will be selected based on your location and package size.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
